The Standards Project is a simple self-management system. By creating a checklist with daily expectations, you can gradually sculpt the behavior, the life, that you want. By blogging about it, you are forced to analyze and explain your decisions publicly. The project was created by Jake Lodwick.
I've been felt increasingly disappointed in my lack of time management lately. This website and the attitude motivating it, is both fascinating and frightening. I believe I can accomplish everything I need to do in a day, but it's my own laziness, anxiety, weak will, etc that stops me. I knowingly choose things that are bad for me, and when I'm choosing those things, most of time I'm 100% aware my actions will make me feel bad. What could I accomplish if I held myself to higher standards?
